100% ZERO, THE NEW SEASON

Our social club, in partnership with KEEN, is returning to Viadukt this autumn.

• Come and enjoy a shared social experience of movement and recovery.
• It's a real alternative to what used to be called 'going out' in the old days.
• These are the new days. The new days are health-oriented, but people still yearn for connections. 

First you move with Balboa, then you change location to KEEN, where you experience a full recovery session with sound. This includes a sauna, an ice bath, talks and the opportunity to make meaningful connections.
