Programme:

  • Two coached runs during the week: Tuesday and Friday at 07:00
  • Long unguided runs on Sunday morning
  • Balboa trail runs once a month
  • A big community run takes place every four weeks: First 5 July!
  • Training takes place outside only (Sihlhölzli/Allmend/Lake).
  • Cost: 480 CHF

  • General times: Classes on Tuesdays and Fridays at 07:00. Sunday community runs from 09:30 to 11:00.
